Hashrate Communications is committed to providing quality services through SnapDeploy. This policy outlines terms for refunds and cancellations.

1. Free Tier

Our Free Tier includes 100 hours of runtime (one-time) at no cost. As this is free, no refunds are applicable.

2. Paid Subscriptions

2.1 No Refunds on Monthly Subscriptions

All monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel, you retain access until the current billing cycle ends.

2.2 Exceptions

Refunds may be considered for:

• Service outages preventing usage for extended periods
• Duplicate charges or billing errors
• Service not delivered as promised

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 How to Cancel

Cancel anytime through your account settings or email [email protected].

3.2 Effect of Cancellation

• Subscription remains active until billing cycle ends
• Access to paid features retained until paid period ends
• Account downgrades to Free Tier after paid period
• No refund for remaining days in billing cycle

4. Upgrades and Downgrades

4.1 Upgrades

• Takes effect immediately
• Prorated charge for remainder of billing cycle

4.2 Downgrades

• Takes effect at end of current billing cycle
• No refund for plan difference
