What is auto-sleep?
When your app has no incoming traffic for 15 minutes, we pause it to save resources. When someone visits, it wakes up automatically in about 60 seconds. Add Always-On from $12/mo to keep a container running 24/7.
What's the catch?
There isn't one. Sleeping containers cost us nothing (AWS Fargate scales to zero). We make money when your app matters enough to keep running 24/7.
Can I use a custom domain?
Custom domains require Always-On. A domain pointing to a sleeping app would show errors to your visitors. Once Always-On is enabled, you can add unlimited custom domains.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 3-day money-back guarantee on Always-On subscriptions. If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your payment in full.
